How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Processing time allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package your accessories so they arrive ready to wear and enjoy.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and USPS delivery times. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, but delays can occasionally occur.

My package is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

Once a package is shipped, delivery is handled by USPS, and shipping delays are outside of our control. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number. Of course, you’re always welcome to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to sanitation and hygiene standards for hair accessories, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We want you to love your accessories! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will gladly send replacement pieces or issue a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

Do you offer different bead sizes?

Yes! Because every set of locs is unique, many of our beads are available in multiple hole sizes 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm) to help ensure the best fit for your locs.

What bead size should I choose?

The best bead size depends on the thickness of your locs. If you're unsure, we recommend measuring your locs or comparing them to the size guide provided in the catalogue.

What are your accessories made of?

Our accessories are 3D printed using high-quality, lightweight materials, making them durable while still comfortable for everyday wear.

Can your accessories be worn with microlocs?

Many of our accessories can be worn with microlocs, especially clips, spirals, and other decorative pieces. Some beads may also work depending on the bead size. However, certain accessories are not designed to be worn on individual microlocs, but you can group some together to make then work.
